Was MTV Lebanon’s Twitter Hacked for Real? Here’s what really happened

Lebanon’s Mtv allegedly got hacked yesterday… A message against the channel was posted, and after only 4 hours the account was restored, claiming that MTV was able to restore their account before twitter’s offices in the USA has even opened. So was the twitter account really  hacked ? and who hacked it? More over how did they restore their account without twitter’s support?

Lebanese Banks and Online Shops still have the POODLE Vulnerability

The news about SSL V 3.0 POODLE Vulnerability broke up a week ago. A bug that allows hackers to intercept and capture sensitive data from secure connections. I am writing today to inform you about how it may affect you, as an service user or online shopper. Up Until today, UltGate, and suprisingly Bank Beirut  are the only Lebanese websites to update their secure connection’s configuration to disable SSL3, the version of SSL which has the poodle Vulnerability.

LibanPost Clears Up The Tax Rumors, but Forgets The rest of the issues.

 LibanPost, have replied to my pos about shipments from abroad taxes and delayed deliveries. And although their reply is highly appreciated, their didn’t care to explain anything to customers before, shipments have been ordering goods from abroad for a while until suddenly everything has changed without informing the client. Beside that they only addressed the tax issues, but what about the delay of delivering goods without updating the tracking number or organizing the goods? They forgot to address the complaints listed on LebGeeks and all over the internet including paying taxes for a 6$ mouse, not receiving a university degree by mail for some reason, lost packages, and clients having to go to LibanPost and search for their packages because  employees were saying that they don’t have time for their shipments? Liban Post Couldn’t Care less about you or your shipments!

Greed has got into LibanPost management, when the number of shipments from outside Lebanon rose the last few years. People got sick of paying too much for stuff in the Lebanese market while they can get pretty much the same goods for a much lower price online. LibanPost holding shipments, they simply don’t have time for you! A lot of my friends have not received what they have ordered from AliExpress  4 months ago. Rumors is that LibanPost are not delivering shipments over 130$ because they want a commission.
