Huawei y7 Prime is a mid-end mobile phone, released around a month ago. As a part of my collaboration with Huawei, i am reviewing Y7 Prime and sharing my experience with you. I’ve had the phone for around 3 weeks now, so here’s my Huawei Y7 Prime Review.
- 3GB RAM
- Full metal uni-body design
- Octa-core 1.4 GHz Cortex-A53
- 12-megapixel, f/2.2, phase detection autofocus, LED flash
- 8-megapixel front camera
- 256 GB storage, microSD expansion
- Dual SIM
- 4000mAh Battery
I will save on the technical details and tell you why I really like the phone:
it’s really fast
The first computer i owned has 128MB Ram, it used to be considered really fast… Huawei y7 has a 3g ram memory, which makes the phone really fast, I am able to play music, and switch between all my social network accounts, emails and messages without being cut or facing any problem.
Battery that lasts for 2-4 days
One major problem that Huawei y7 prime has solved for me, is the battery problem, I am barely home or near a charger on weekends, My weekend usually starts late Friday and ends early monday. Between dinner, partying, beaching and cruising, nobody has the time to charge the phone. And my previous iPhone only lasted around 10 hours, sometimes even way less. So for the first time in my life, I am not worried about going offline or disappearing and missing that important message or phone call. I am not even using powerbanks anymore, which is really weird.
Huawei y7 comes with a 32gb built in storage, which is perfect for downloading a lot of applications, mp3 and even taking a lot of pictures. It’s very hard to run out of space on this mobile phone.
Other features that are remarkable:
- Supports dual sim, which makes it perfect for travel
- Has Phone Clone app which makes it super easy to switch from any android/iphone to this phone
- Comes with Android 7, Nougat
- Memory is expandable ( up to 256GB)
- 5.5HD display screen
- QuickCharge 3.0
Not to mention that Huawei has an official support center in Lebanon (Call 1279 ).
